Pt. Satish Vyas plays the Santoor, the Indian hammered dulcimer. He is the son of musical stalwart Padma Bhushan Late Pandit C. R. Vyas. He received extensive training from his father, and he also has trained with the legendary and pioneering Santoor artist Padma Vibhushan Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma. Read more about Pt. Satish Vyas HERE
He will be accompanied by Shri. Mukundraj Deo on Tabla. Initiated into playing by his father and mother Dr. Manjiri Deo, a highly acclaimed Kathak Dancer and Kathak Guru., he later he trained under Late Pandit Brijraj Mishra of the Benaras Gharana. Read more about Mukundraj Deo HERE
