About the Event

Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty is widely considered a legend in Indian Classical Music. Although a scion and doyen of the Patiala-Kasur Gharana (style), primarily representing Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan Sahib's gayaki, his vocals also portray features of other major classical gharanas of North India, even Carnatic music of South India.
